6. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement.
- This obligation survives termination of the engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability
- While we strive to provide high-quality technical services, MacMasters cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance of client systems.
- MacMasters is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or system downtime.
- Maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the services provided under the relevant agreement.
8. Disclaimer
- Any advice, recommendations, or guidance provided is for general informational purposes only.
- Clients are responsible for evaluating the applicability of the advice to their specific situation.
9. Termination
- Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice, subject to terms outlined in the specific service agreement.
- Upon termination, all unpaid fees for services rendered up to the termination date are due immediately.
10. Governing Law
- These terms and any engagement with MacMasters are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
- Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the same jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
MacMasters may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this website with an updated “Effective Date.” Clients are responsible for reviewing terms regularly.
